Since Bush got elected again, everyone's pissed. The entire F***ing world is pissed. I heard from a guy on NPR that this might actually be not too bad of a thing in the long run. Wait! Put down those pitchforks and torches! See, since America's getting REALLY REALLY screwed up by this idiot, more and more people will come to realize it as everything gets more extreme. And as for those people who didn't vote, they'll definitely be voting. By the next election, Bush will probably be generally and publically accepted as the worst president ever to be elected. The republican party will eat it so hard, ther'll be no way it could be twisted in his favor. Think it's possible?

No, it's not possible. Americans proved this year that they simply do not care how bad the economy is, how many American troops are dying for a lie, or how huge the deficit is. The important thing to them is that gay people aren't allowed to marry. What makes you think 2008 will be any different?

because everyone my age is going to be able to vote next time around, and most of us do care. Its just all these old people who run the country wont listen to us right now, but next election (if there is one) they will have to listen.

When it comes down to voting, young people just plan suck. You know all the 18-24 yr olds that registered to vote this year? Only 1 out of 10 actually voted. That is pathetic.

sorry to tell ya, but i live in a college town, and out of my entire apt complex, my window was the only one with a kerry/edwards sign. the rest of them were all bush.

it was about the same withthe dorms when i would walk by. bush signs everywhere, one or two kerry.

    i don't get it.

All the people your age? Mate, I can safely say we won't make a difference, our age group is just as divided as the rest, in fact, we held an election in our school, in good old liberal Connecticut, Bush won in our school, 56%, Kerry 32% and Nader 8%, guess the rest of the votes were write-ins

The US is now in the grip of the religious right, when coupled with an amazingly unstable economy, an oil crisis and the terminal stupidity of the population it could be that one day historians look back and write 'here marks the end of the US empire'

According to bushit, the economy is fine, there's no oil crisis except in our wallets, and the majority voted for bush(maybe).AND,the way things are going, the historians won't be allowed to write anything thats not sanctioned by the govt.So sad.
