I am high right now with a group of drunk people. I am not sure if anyone else has experienced this, but being a high person in a group of drunk people is quite annoying. I find that when I am high, I can not stand how drunk people act. If someone else has experienced this, please let me know how you feel about it. I don't know if this is just my current mood, or a shared feeling between all fellow grass smokers.
Depends on how the drunk people act. But, it's usually more fun to be drunk when you're around drunk people. Just being high can be a little taxing. I say just sit back and watch them act stupid.
yah when im not drunk and other people are its the worst...it pisses me off when the drunk people mess with you and do dumb stuff you just want to go crazy...but just realize that your probably the same way when your drunk and deal with it because most likely when the positions are reversed they feel the same
pfft obivously u have never done any other drugs besides weed.... it's a group mentality kinda thing. if u have ever done lots of shrooms u would understand, it's always better to be the "norm" among the group to enjoy yourself because u all have the same point of view when under the influence.
what? I agree with the poster of this thread....although, it does depend on the people. truly chill folk are cool even when they are drunk, but so many get all ...not chill when theyre drunken wow
The only times i ever really get annoyed with drunk people is when I have to be the driver, therefore I cannot be drunk myself. It's always fun to mess with drunks though.....unless they are very agressive and will want to fight you for something stupid.
I know it gets that way with me sometimes, but not a lot. I havnt done anything besides weed, so maybe there is truth in what digital says...

it deffinitly depends on the crowd and even just the vibes of the crowd. if the good vibes arnt there even the drunk people can get annoyed with eachother. i usually just laugh at them. theyre funny. heh heh silly drunk people.anyway sorry you experienced that i know i have at times its not fun. peace, bob
lol last night i was high with drunk people. it was pretty annoying, but eventually i convinced two of them to have some weed. the third one hasnt smoked before and didnt last night either, meh hes missin out lol. yeh one of the guys was already pretty drunk so he chucked up after his second bowl
I like getting drunk as much as the next guy, I just think that I act a lot more relaxed when I am drunk than a lot of other people. I have nothing against people who get crazy when they are drunk, I understand that it is fun and I have done my share of drunk craziness. I disagree. When I am sober I do not mind being around drunk people. When I have done shrooms or smoked weed, I definately prefer the relaxed personality of a weed or shroom user over the alcohol user.
I dont mind it if I'm really high because i just laugh and think of how they'll all feel the next morning.
Take it from a dope-smoking, recovering alcoholic - being in the middle of a buncha loud-mouthed drunks can be exceedingly annoying. On occasion tho, it can be interesting - as when you're watching said people go from normal-sounding, halfway intelligent folk to a group of babbling, drooling mongolian idiots in a matter of a coupla short hours. definitely depends on what kind of drinkers weekend warriors, or career drunks ? it make sa difference weekend drunks need to chill out career drunks are chilled out most all the time, they live on beer mainly, and are drinking it every waking minute of every day i know many, they are =fine to be around all high, youll agree to them to whatever they say and they stay your friend, drunks dont like the word no, or any disagreement, try disagreeing with a drunk and see where it gets you, if theyre actually drunk that is career drunks are alot more like high ppl than weekend warriors, by far good luck
I definately know what you mean. My dad is in the "career drunk" category and he is the most chill person I know. More specifically, it seem that I can get along with those who drink beer better than those who drink hard liquor when I am high. The hard liquor just seems to put most people in the argumentative irritating mood, while beer seem to chill people out more. I know there are exceptions to the rule, but that is what I have noticed.
When I am high with drunk people I look at them and think: "Suckers! They'll be all hungover and sick in the morning...and I'll be fine". I hate being drunk and that's why I'm this huge pot head. I do get drunk sometimes when I have no weed but I end up sick and I'm a cheap drunk so it kinda is nauseating.
man oh man. I can't count how many times I've been invited to go to some shitty bar somewhere with crappy music and thought "why don't they just come chill and have bong hit". I mean, I know that most people would be much happier with the results. People who drink are seeking mind alteration and some form of escape in the first place. This big ape that we are has sought some outside source of influence throughout our entire history. (yes, you can count meat as a euphoric in the early dayz). it's the stigma that surrounds us 'potheads', or at least those of us who smoke and still progress with our lives. I used to have a problem with the ol' alkyhol because most everybody I knew, drank. It was a way for me to fit in socially and not be so lonesome. The end results never justified the means. I'm a real freak when I'm drunk. More often than not, the toilet bowl has been my first vision in the morning. More often than not, I blackout and do stupid shit. I travelled with a cat on the road for awhile that said you should never give hippies alcohol because we're not really built for it. Our energy is so concentrated and focused that when we drink all hell breaks loose. If anything think of meade and vikings. So, these dayz, I try to avoid drinking situations.
A stupid, annoying drunk? Isn't that redundant? I think if you're willing to ingest poison, you're probably stupid in the first place. Anyway, drunks aren't annoying to you when you're sober?
hehe yer maybe caus u get more drunk, more quickly when you drink spirits? anyway i could never down beer, when i was the budding teenage alchoholic i would drink scotch and irish whiskey and ouzo and stuff. i jsut preferred it so much. but now ill have a joint over alchohol any day, and will prolly drink wine over any other drink, because i find it the easiest to get down. im one of the people who was made for alchohol tho, literally ive never had a hangover in my life. not that it matters now that i spend my nights with the beautiful mary jane instead of that prick johhny walker.
