Need help becoming a stalker

My friend is having a bad taste fancy dress party this halloween and i have fuck all funds to spend on a costume. I decided to go as a stalker but as of yet i have no ideas how to make the illusion complete on top of just wearing an anorak and messing up my hair. suggestions?

 

first dress really skechy, then smoke about 3.5 grams of some of the finest bud in your area.

You have to pick a target to stalk and make it obvious to some but not the person you are stalking right away.

 

brownish tinted aviator glasses
fake beard
plaid button-up
steel-toe shoes

 

a long coat, hat, shades?

really I don't think you could go as a stalker b/c they look like normal ppl, and if ur in shades and a trenchcoat I'm gonna think streaker not stalker, should just have some chick dress up as someone famous with a t-shirt that says I'm with stalker or something.

 

stalker plan slowly died away so ended up candy flipping in a cat suit... interesting night.
