Now I'm not into any of those supernatural bullshit like fortunetelling, religions and miracles but a weird thing happened yesterday. I saw my first girl friend in my dream the other day. And yesterday I saw her in person, in a city of 12 million! da fuck?
that also happened to me except it wasnt my first girlfriend it was my first fuck! well my town not so big. say 1 mil people. but still is a coincidence. would knowing her before the dream help in anyway? anyways ignore this msg. im actually very stoned now.
you should read the celestine prophecy by james redfield...the book is a fiction story that tackles nine insights..and one main part is about coincidences and thinking about why they happened and what it could actually mean...even if you dont believe everything in the book, it's totally worth the read for the perspective and it leaves something behind inside you...kinda just sticks...
me either once enough wierd unexplainable coincidences happen to you in this life then you get jaded im jaded nothing makes me say "hey wow!" anymore its extremely rare well except for some space news articles regarding dark matter and dark energy and black holes and such, some of that is pretty interesting, but other than that life is pretty yawn anymore, especially after how freakign crazy it was in the last couple years, did and saw stuff i never thought i would even let myself, ever, dunno.
Funny you say that. I found out about that book in the weirdest way. Before I left for a spring break trip one of my friends that I never called or he never called me. He didn't even have my number. Anyways. He called me accidentally. Big deal. Didn't think much of it. So went on spring break. I was talking to some guy that I met on spring break. He said I was so familiar like he knew me before somehow. He says and the butterflys (which I always a butterfly something) remind me of you somehow too, like from a former life. Anyway. Then he told me I should read this book called the Celetine prophecy. Me not a reader, but I wrote it down. Right afterwards my friend called me again. Saying I know why I accidentally called you, have a minute? Well I didnt, because it was long distance. So I told him I would call him as soon as I got back. Well When I got back from spring break I went and got that book. Then I called my friend back, and he had this big story and that I need to read this book. The same book. I don't know it was kind of weird to me.
that book is weird in that it exists via word of mouth...i am almost finished the sequel - the tenth insight... i'd have to say it came into my ife in a weird way at the right time too. What did you think of it?
I really liked it a whole lot. It was a while ago I read it though. I also read the tenth insight a while back. That was good also. But I think I remember the tenth insight being harder for me think that it could actually happen, so I don't think I enjoyed as much as the first one. But it was still good
Something similar>> I had not talked to my ex for a few months and had a dream about him one night that he had moved in with his girlfriend into an apartment by the ocean. The very next week he called me and had infact moved into an apartment with his new girlfriend very close to the ocean.
