Killed bird left at doorstep. Is this a warning?

About 8 months ago, my boyfriend and I moved into a house together. We live in a peaceful, suburban area with not much crime or anything really.

We've been here for 8 months and weird stuff has been happening in the house. We have both experienced things together and have seen things with our own eyes. A lot of stuff we can't really tell people since most people wouldn't believe us. It seems all paranormal and we both experience it. But we don't think we have some sort of ghost. It just feels like a lot of negative energy just circulates throughout the house. It makes itself obvious that its there. But lately, for the past few months, things have been getting stranger.

My boyfriend and I feel like our own personal energy has been drained. All we do now is sleep and we both feel negative and lifeless all the time. About a month ago, my boyfriend even stopped eating and would stay in bed all day but have troubles staying asleep. We both started to experience nightmares (I never have nightmares) and there has been times where we'd share the same dream. One night we had a nightmare that I was stabbed by someone who broke into the house. Another night we had the same nightmare that we were both running from something and ran into a church and hid. We both woke up at the same time in a panic.

Now it gets weirder. We live right next to a cemetery and it seems like a peaceful place but what scares me is the people who live right next to us.
We live right next to a large house where maybe 10 people live there. They are very loud and we can hear them all the time but we really don't care. We don't mind noise at all! The house consists of an older couple, probably around 50 yrs old and they have several children (all between 18-25 yrs old) and one of them has a baby, who is treated poorly. We sometimes hear the whole family yelling and swearing at the kid all the time but we don't do anything cause we have not seen them do anything physical. I know these people don't like us for absolutely no reason. We have both tried to be nice and make conversation with them while passing by. But they always give us a rude look and refuse to say a word to us. I see them everyday outside their house for 8 months and not a single one of them will say hi. Even when I walk home from work at night, I get this eerie feeling. My heart will beat rapidly and its not cause I pass through the cemetery in the dark but its when I pass by their house I get this really negative feeling and I get really scared. Sometimes I feel like something is chasing me from their house up to my doorstep. Some unknown presence.

Now it gets weirder. I've been suspicious that this family practices some sort of black magick. Sometimes when I look at the older couple, I feel evil from them. They look like hippies but they seem more like the Manson family. Recently they put up a large upside down pentagram above their house and sometimes I hear sounds of cats dying and it sounds like it comes from their back yard.

Now, this is the creepy part. Neither my boyfriend or I have any enemies. Nobody really knows where we live aside from his family and mine. Plus a few close friends who we've known for years. We're very low profile and don't really piss anyone off and never really have people over. But the other day, I went out to take my dog for a walk when I noticed a dead bird (sparrow) at our doorstep. One of our outdoor chair was moved from the side of the house and arranged at our doorstep and somebody shot and killed this little bird and put it at our doorstep. There is a bullet through his head and it was left for us to see. We thought this could be a sign or a warning and we looked it up online and some believe its a curse in some satanic ritual or form of black magic. When you kill a sparrow and leave it on someones doorstep that could mean (for people who believe in this) that something bad will happen to the people who live in the house. We didn't touch the bird and left it there for two days. Then this morning, my boyfriend went outside to go to work and noticed the bird was removed from the chair. Whoever brought the bird over to us, also removed it.

This is not just a prank or someone being an asshole. This is just evil and sick. I don't know what we should do. We decided that we're going to move away but have to save up money first. I don't have proof its the people next door but we really don't know anyone who would do this. I'm also scared for other reasons. Whoever did this wanted to leave us a message and we're afraid they could hurt our dog or mess with my boyfriends car. Plus devils night is coming up. We can't go to the police for something like this. I don't know what we should do but we are pretty freaked out.

Sorry for this long ramble, but yes this is very weird, bizarre and mysterious.

trust your insticts about places and people. if you feel bad energy, don't ignore it... same with bad vibes from people. they're the best things you're going to get.

honestly if all that happened to me i would straight up move. i don't know how much of an option that is for you, money-wise or otherwise, but i would rather be anywhere than a place like that. everything else is weird, yeah, but that bird? that would be IT for me, personally.

EDIT: sorry i missed that last paragraph about moving. is there somewhere else you can be for the time being?

Wow,sounds pretty wierd,I would say it is time to move when you can save enough cash.In the mean time it would not be a bad idea to bring local law enforcement into the picture,mabey give them a heads up and a little backround on what you think the people next door are doing to cats and other small animals.They would definitly be interested although they probably wont be able to do anything right away at least theres some record.Who knows mabey they had complaints from the previous folks who lived in your house anyway it cant really hurt to call them.Mabey a camera for the yard or somthing to catch a glimps of whos sneaking around your yard.Good luck and be carefull

 

lovekush, I see two posssible conclusions here.

1) They're going to kill you.
2) You'll wake up in their basement/dungeon feeling slightly groggy. Then they'll torture you. Until you die.

So...one conclusion, really.

 

I believe these people are into the occult. Just remember, good is more powerful than evil. God is more powerful than the devil.

I don't know if you have faith? But, I'd pray to Jesus for protection. Every morning and every night before you go to sleep. Pray in his name. This is a spiritual battle. I hope I don't sound like a holy roller, because I'm not. But I do believe in God and his power. These people prey on the spiritual weak, so be strong.

I know it's easier said that done, but I'd look into moving. And not because they are devil worshippers, because they are already killing animals. These people can be dangerous.

Hold on, why CAN'T you go to cops? For that matter, why DIDN'T you call cops when you found that dead bird at your doorstep?? Your chair had been deliberately moved from its previous location, and on it was a dead bird with a bullet wound, correct? Forget the black magic part, whoever put that bird at your doorstep had trespassed into your property, then touched your private property(chair) without your permission. Then they put a dead bird on the chair. Not one that died of a natural cause, but one that had been shot to death. I'm sure I'm not the only one who can see "harassment" written all over it.

If anything else happens, TAKE PICTURES of the scene and call the police RIGHT AWAY. You should've done that immediately after you discovered the bird at your doorstep. In the meantime, stay alert and don't let your dog out without supervision. But you're right, you definitely should move far away from that area!

Sorry but I don't think praying to Jesus is going to help here except maybe giving them peace of mind. Jesus doesn't stop crazy ppl from chopping other ppl up.


If you can't move right away, I would definitely contact the authorities and buy a gun or borrow one if you don't own one, even if its a .22 its somethin. Also maybe a animal cam that is motion sensored so if something happens again they will be caught, and it would also bring justice if something horrible did happen. I would definitely try to move but alert authorities first in case the ppl that move in after you get slaughtered, then the investigators will have a good lead to go on.

And by the way, I just said to pray, because she thought they might be putting spells on her. I don't really want to make this into a debate. I just gave advice, to take or not to take.

 

The second amendment is a necessity for me when cops, govt. officials, and bad guys have guns. When everyone else pitches their gun I will too, :cheers2: and I guess if you believe they have actually put a "curse" on you praying could help I guess but I'm not one to believe that sort of thing. But bad vibes, bad energy in that surrounding for sure.

Before we start organizing a lynch-mob and marching on the neighbours, it seems to me that we may be missing something here. Consider -

I wouldn’t mind making a guess that the problem originates in the cemetery. There are theories that man-made holes in the landscape – from quarries right down to graves – can, if in the wrong place, cause problems on a number of levels, including health.

Some of the symptoms sound like predation by a psychic vampire [stealing energy rather than blood]. The dreams also sound like something not nice trying to get through.

And, if it is the cemetery that’s causing the problems, then it’s quite probably affecting your neighbours too. Of course, if they may not have been very nice people to start with, that kind of negative influence is hardly going to improve them.

I’d think the best advice is – move.

But if you cant, you can at least try a bit of psychic defence. It’s pretty simple – imagine your property surrounded by a forcefield of white light. Believe that this will keep out negative energies and entities, whether supernatural from the cemetery or the ill-will of your neighbours. Imagine this forcefield in operation 24/7, and reinforce it every morning and night – think about it reflecting badness back to where it came from, zapping like an electric fence any nasties that try to get through.

You can also power up a personal forcefield when you go out, and probably should.

This is psychic self-dence, though. It may help lessen the effects of your neighbour’s psychic nastiness, but is unlikely to stop them being anti-social. As the guy said earlier, a gun would be the second-best option.

The best option is to move.

 

Move on and put it down to experience. Shit happens. Let it go and get on with your life.
