Too many sub-forums!?! weird phenomena experienced

I want to ask people who might have answers about something i experience too often.

When I get high, in any way really i just require elevated stress, I build up static electricity much much faster. It is confusing and I want to understand why...also if there is a way i can use it to have a super power then a way to train myself would be nice.

according to EEG i had 2 years ago i have abnormal theta waves on my right hemisphere...nothing weird showed up on further investigation.
