i was having the most horrible evil dreams last night and this is the only one i can recall...i was in the living room with my boyfriend...and my best friend's dog (chocolate lab) was over. it feels like others were watching, i just couldn't see the faces. He started playing with me and then nibbling. i told my boyfriend to hold him back, which he did, but the dogs face suddenly twisted evil and my bf let go. The dog leapt on me and i kicked him back. The dog started convulsing and his face began looking demonic...he was screaming Holly furiously in a possessed-like deep voice as he jumped towards me. At the time i thought nothing of the name, it was mine...but i woke up in a panic with the name stuck in my head. My name isnt holly but in that half sleep daze i believed it was mine in a "past life." i remember as a kid i once said holly was the prettiest name. uhh...anyone ever experience anything like this?
the 'demonic' stuff comes from how other people look at things, not to mention the commercial incentive for scary stories. as for the rest of it, well my dreams come up with odd words out of nowhere. the holly thing, well, that had already been in your mind in another form, and dreams do that. mix up free association stuff to make something interesting.
