This morning, I fell asleep at around 9 am and slept for 2 hours. Just before I woke up at 11, I had a strange feeling (I've had it before), as though I had somehow left my body. But it was only to turn my head. It was as though I turned my head and upper body to check the alarm clock for what time it was, but I knew that at the same time my head was still turned the other way on the pillow. So it was like a spirit-head or something moving (haha). My arms and legs at this time were numb and I couldn't move them. I didn't exactly "come back" into my body. I just woke up a few seconds later. I didn't put much thought into this, until i read i might have had an OBE. anyone else?
I have had these experiences as well. It started as you have expereinced and then it increased and I was out of my body completely and traveling. I could turn and see my body laying on the bed and walked through the walls and everything. Its happened a few times. Yes it is the spirit man. I am more relaxed with it more so now and if God decides to allow me to experience this again I welcome it. In experiences like these always keep your mind focued on Jesus. I have learned..... There are many spirits out there that try and force an experience. People sometimes try and force this type of experience. The bible says, all things are permissable to us, but I will not be mastered by anything. There is a deep deep world out there. Be careful and ensure that the experience is directed by God. The bible says to test the spirits to see if they are of God. Enjoy it, everybody does not experience these such things. Keep seeking God and watch the experiences increase. More prayer more power little prayer little power.
