I have been on a treadmill without a bra. I go to work without a bra. I go thru the whole day without one 24/7/365
Agree 100%. The backache and boobache just isn't worth it, that and the fact that I don't want to have to lug 'em around in a wheelbarrow when I'm 50!
My thoughts exactly. If my breasts were smaller, maybe I wouldn't wear one. They get sore without it, though. When it's hot outside, if I didn't have a good bra, I'd have to walk around holding them up off of my body. With a bra, my hands are free! YAY.
What kind of bra impedes the movement of muscles? I mean, I wear some serious support, but I can still move freely. It hurts when they swing and jiggle.
the point of a bra is to support the breasts. so if you have breast in a c cup or bigger bra's are very important
i dont need a bra cos i've a very small chest (34A) but i always wear one cos it protects me from the cold- i get sore nipples. however, i'm seriously considering stopping all bra wearing. i think i'd feel much more ocmfortable...absolutely.
Or you could just ask nicely and maybe she'll take it off for you. I think bras are a nesscesity if you have quite large breasts. I know mine definately need some kind of support or they get sore. Gravity is a bitch at times dont u agree? I dont even feel my bra anymore and getting it off in a hurry doesnt phase me either LOL. Take care.
I read somwhere (I wish I can remember) that bras where invented by a women. She was a cowgirl and since she road on a hourse alot her boobs would bounce all over the place. So, one day she took two of her husband's (he was a cowboy of course) handkerchiefs, tied them together, put it on her so it would hold her boobs down when she rode on a horse. But that's what I read. I hate bras also.
