I heard it from Whoopie Goldburg on the View, she said she was moving there too. Well it's a start and soon all the states will follow suit. It's coming, sometime soon. They have got to realize by now, IT Aint Going Away, We Aint Going Away.

It's inevetable, unavoidable and a long time coming. Now is the time to push forward, beyond and above the call of duty to all free men, women and children. They cant kill us, we are their sons, daughters, mothers, fathers and grandparents.

It's redicules to try and stop a tidal wave, and this is a Tsunami. The waves we make are over the heads of the buracrats and they are treading high water.

" Come senators, congressmen, please heed the call. Dont stand in the doorways dont block up the halls. For he who gets hurt will be he who has stalled. There's a battle outside and it's ragin. It will soon shake you window and rattle your walls. For the times they are a-changin" BOB DYLAN.

I nominate 'The Times They Are A-Changin' For the Hippie Universal Antheam. I did flip flop between The song "Back To The Garden" sung by Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young and Dylan's Times They Are A-Changin and to me Dylan has made more of a Statement with his arrangment.

Maybe we should have a poll :)

It's a start Mike, it has to begin somewhere. At least decriminalize it and keep the brothers n sisters out of jail/prison, and keep their kids out of the system and lose their homes, ect.

It's pure evil the way things are now.. hurting so many ppl and busting up families. Over what? a plant that grows wild in abundence and harms none.

It's a control issue, they think they can control us and keep us down/oppressed/hoodwinked. Those days are over, with all the information readily available in cyber space.

It works both ways now. We have access to as many files as they do. There are no secrets, no place to hide.

I mean, if judges, police, servicemen, firemen, ambulance drivers, paramedics, doctors, lawyers, and even indain chiefs, smoke refer, they are going to have to make changes, bc the ppl will not standdown while politicians get community service and the laymen get 20 yrs for possessing/smoking mj.

The ONLY way we will change things is to VOTE OUT the haters. I cant wait till Rick Perry is voted out of the governership of Texas, he is evil walking, breathing and seething. He wants Texas to suceed from the union and return to a sovern country, like it says in the Texas Constitution. He wants to be king perry and we cant let that happen, not with him in charge anyway. Kinky Friedman is the man for the job.

Well, that's my rant for the day

    Blessings

That's kind of cool. If nothing else, it's an important experiment. I wonder if it goes well TPTB will increase the legal limit once they see people can handle it responsibly (obviously some can't- I am not opposed to some regulation). At any rate, though, you know some people will try and abuse the system, and I hope they don't spoil it for everyone else. : (

I 'think' that makes 15 states decriminalized for MJ use.

In California if you have a card you are allowed 12 plants per person. BUT if the feds want to they can made a federal case out of it and overide State and you can get the max in prison and fines. They are busting the Dispensories all the time and closing them down. It's not all that easy to find a doc to write you a script for MJ either.

I am not moving, I'm making a stand here and fight for legalization in Texas. If it grows wild and harms none, why cant I have it, if it stops my pain, if it calms my nerves, if it takes me way from the stress of aging poorly ;) Why cant I have it.

Pot heads dont fight, they dont drive their cars fast or run them up trees and into school busses. They do not form gangs that kill, mame and distroy families. Pot heads want to keep the $$ in the USA and not pay cartel prices. Pot heads do not use heroin, cocaine or meth. Pot heads do not rob and steal to support their habits ( pot is not addictive) Pot heads do not beat their wives or abuse their children. I want to become a pot head :)

WTF?? If it's legal, it's legal! Who's running around trying to start shit? Why would they do that? Is it just in cases where there was other wrongdoing or just for possession?
Christ, so much for letting the states make up their own minds about shit...

    :cheers2:

I do worry that once it's regulated the companies that sell it will dump all kinds of shit in it like they have cigarettes and they'll be the next cancer sticks. Nobody needs that...
But hey, that's waaaaaaay down the road.

    It's decriminalized in Alaska :)

Possession of less than one ounce of marijuana is not a crime in Alaska. There are no penalties. Possession of between one and four ounces is a misdemeanor punishable by fines of up to $1000 and no more than 90 days in jail. More than four ounces of bud, or more than 25 plants, is considered a felony, punishable by five years and $50,000. Any amount of marijuana in a school zone is also a felony and carries the same penalty as felony possession of more than four ounces.

In California the regulations regarding the number of plants you're allowed to possess are set by the county that you will be growing it in.

i believe it's only Mendocino county that allows up to 99 plants...where i live it's only like 10...it varies a lot..

and the cards are way too easy to get if you ask me...it's like a fucking joke, i REALLY don't think that it should be called medical, unless it's ACTUALLY medical.
