I do whichever feels natural. There isn't really a proscribed order. Most often, though, anal is the end result of particularily intense vaginal sax.

As a side note, it is a good idea to shower or at least use a condom if you are going from anal to oral or vaginal. It isn't just a gross out thing, either. There are vaginal infections that can be caused by naturally occuring bacteria and various other fecal-oral transmission ailments.
