Can you believe this?

Heres my fucked up story of being busted at school last friday. First hour had just got done and im chillin up on this balcony with my friend. I decide to spit down the balcony into the commons because I always do it. This time i had my pipe on me though. The security officer comes from underneath the balcony asking who did that. I said I didnt see and he didnt believe me so he calls me down there. I took off my jacket which had my pipe in it and gave it to my friend and went down. Hes like did you do it? I say ya thinking ill get in less trouble. he says wears the jacket you were wearing? I say its upstairs. He tells me to go get it and go to the office and follows me as I get my jacket. He then takes my jakcet takes me to the office and starts searching through it. He finds the pipe keep in mind hes not even the police hes a security officer for the school. I get in a lot of trouble the cops are there and my dad has to come in they ask me if i have any "green stuff" I say no. They search my locker and me and found a broken male bong stem piece that i didnt even no was in my backpack everyday at school. they said it would be a felony if i had weed on me. I have to go back in as of right now im suspended and i could be suspended for a whole semsester so right now life sucks.... I think its total bs i obviously have no rights what so ever and the punishment is bs i mean a whole semester..? I also have to get drug assessments probably talk to counselers and blah blah blah....

wow that is some bullshit, my junior year we got in trouble for smoking on the back of a school bus out of this one hitter, we got away with it at the time but as word spread it got around to the office and what not, me and my best friend got suspended for only three days, and we had to go to this family workshop thing that was 4 hours long, and we had to attend like three of them.

I cant believe that we got in trouble for smoking on the bus and we only get three days out of school and you are getting a semester? that is fucking shenanigans mate

Similar thing just happened to me back last March and April. I got suspended for a semester from ISU. I'm going back though in January.

Maybe you should talk to the administration about getting some more receptacles for me to spit into"

If they try to suspend you for a semester and it isn't some private school take it to your school district's administrative board and appeal that shit.

uh i didnt get a sense of what kind of school you go to - high school, college, uni??? at college or uni that shit would SUCKKKKK - at most schools having weed on the premises is pretty much instant grounds to be expelled. dunno about high school, never smoked then

 

Unfortunately, the board isn't going to care that his rights were infringed upon. In their eyes, he had an illegal substance at a public school and he needs to be punished for it.

i can't believe you let a SECURITY GUARD walk all over. You basically let him catch you, and security guards are a bunch of pussies on a high horse probably why you got in so much trouble. Next time leave your jacket on and hide the pipe, think; stop being a pussy to pussy security guards. Lol, that security guard treated you a like a dog; I wouldn't tell this story to anybody, because it's so pathetic.

 

sadly kids dont have rights in a school building and its fucked up. we are citizens of the us and we should be protected by the constitution
