Eeeeeee That is soo cooool!! Babiesbabiesbabiesbabiesbabiess She is so adorabbllleeeee Did you have a midwife/person there to help? That bath things looks awesome xD Your kids are a spitting image of you xD
I had a mw in training (she's mw assistant). The mw missed our phone calls and didn't make it. The bath WAS awesome, it was my second waterbirth and I can't imagine doing it any other way!
cool, my bro was a home birth with a midwife, i mighta mentioned that before. i got to watch. it was a bit scary for 2 year old zilla but i still remember it.... your babe is supah cute
Grats on the homebirth! I've done that a couple of times and will be having the next one due in Feb at home as well, with a midwife. She's beautiful!!! Jenn hippie dreaded mama to 7, #8 due 02/06/10
That must have been so stressful when the mw couldn't make it xD Glad they had an assistant one though What is it about the waterbirth thingy? Is it more comfortable?
yyyyeyy, you had teh babeyy! so cute,so like you!!congratulations, hope your all getting on well^____________^new lil babies make me happy.give her a squidge from me x
We're beginning to wonder!!! I never thought the mw would be here. I was okay with it all along. I knew the assistant was competent and my real connection was with her to begin with. She is the one who did all the prenatal visits and I only met the mw once. In fact the mw was working for free and I am paying the assistant. It was the assistants first catch. I have very normal, uneventful births and would have been fine without the assistant here to be honest but I am glad she was here The water helps the contractions to be more tolerable. Plus it softens things up a bit and prevents tearing (sorry, TMI - I know). And the baby comes out all clean cause she gets a wee bath on the way up LOL Waterbirths are very peaceful. Both of my waterbabies didn't cry at birth. My first waterbaby came out sleeping - I shit you not she came out, I pulled her up onto my chest and she was SNORING - she didn't even know she had been born LOL Thanks Lux and I will do
I just lookde throughthe photobucket photos and I am in love with them! oh my goodness it makes me want to have another someday. how is nursing?
Hehe "catch"... I love it xD Hehe babbeh bath That is soo cooool. :O SLEEPING!!??? That is so cute!!! Lawls non-stress ftw
Nursing is good. Babe's tongue was tethered all the way to the tip so the first week was hell until we got her frenulum cut. Now it's better but I am still breaking her latch a few times on one side - I think she needs an adjustment at the chiro. She delivered with a nuchal hand and I am sure her atlas is off. Good thing it doesn't happen like that LOL What a mess that would've been!!
