Some of new dreads are flat and it's because section of hair is more of a rectangle than a square. Is there anyway to make them round and not flat? Also, I made some homemade lock accelerator and I was wondering if i could spray that even if I have some wax left in my hair?
make sure to stand on your head while you spray in the accelerator or gravity will ruin your dreadies!!!!\ (i refuse to believe this is for real...)
to the original post. probably not. they may go from ___ to C to O. if that makes sense. you may try a bead at the root. but, personally flatties are awesome and i would bask in their glory.
^ I had a lot of flat ones, and still do, but over time, some have gotten fatter and rounded themselves out. I didn't aid them in anyway, it was all natural roundage. (100% serious)
They aren't flat because of the sectioning... I no longer advocate this type of maintenance because all of the techniques are damaging. If you want to damage and force your dread, may I suggest the search function? or the FAQ?
