well they are putting the money back in tommorow.. no investigation or anything , just customer good will.... maybe because whil i was on the phone i asked them about pending visa transactions , this i was chatting with them fo almost 30 minutes.. finaly they said are information is 24 hours outdated ..now this person was in an indian call centre, i don't have a problem with that i have had better service with them than the usual scot i end up getting. but if they had said our information is 24 hours out of date and said if you try this No. or use E-banking i would not be in this scenario...its just if you don't have the right questions obviously the right answers could not be given....stating that actualy our information is not up to date would have prompted me to ask the right questions a long bloody time ago.. I still have to have a nice chat again to go over the charges incured during this fiasco... Those Pricks...laughing all the way to the bank literaly.
Got some good news today .. i got my money Back ALL £400 of it .. yipee.. i plan to be a miser now and save as much as possible ... that brightened my day up no end..probably was put in Friday maybe Saturday..just never checked anyhoo whatever i have money, phew..

oh yes she is ... Further good news.. i got a tax rebate for for £248.66..the fact my card was eat by the machine as i tried to deposit it (bank was closed) only pissed me off a lickle bit...
