Cigarettes soon to be banned... finally!

They list the ingredients on the packages here and I recall seeing cyanide, benzen, arsenic and formaldehyde as a few of the ingredients.

My opinion on cigs is that they taste like shit, the buzz sucks and they are extremely overpriced for what you get from them. The long-term problems associated with them are also a big turn off. Now with that said I am not knocking tobacco smokers, or cigarettes themselves, I simply choose not to smoke them. It's hypocritical to say one substance is ok to use, but not another because you don't approve of it, which is why I am all for the legalization of everything. People can make their own decisions, they know what is good and bad for them and don't need dinosaurs in suits to make decisions for them.

I never said they did...nicotine does have buzz though, especially if you only smoke occasionally.

Does beer or bud help ruin the air we breath? no. I have plenty of friends that smoke. I just don't like it and never will.

Bud does not have toxic chems that tobacco and its additives have. You do have a point about cars though. Tho cars only have carbon monoxide while cig smoke has a bunch of crap including that. I love driving, so i guess i am being a hypocrite. I am concious about it though, and try to limit my driving that being a huge reason. I only drive when i have to be somewhere, or if i need to go fast. probably only drive about 2-4 hours a week now adays. But yeah so many people drive that we are fucked anyways so i don't know what i'm on about lol.
