Legal Buds. The big controversy.

Finally... once and for all, I tried the legal buds. I gave it a chance. I never thought I'd admit to them having any effect on me, since I was always one of the biggest skeptics against them. But hey being in the Army, you can't exactly get away with smoking bud on a regular basis too easily, so I figured why not at least give a safe alternative a try?

The specific brand I have been trying is called K2. The first batch I tried was my friend's shit, and the name of the type was unknown to me (theres different blends K2 makes apparently). But today I went off-post after work, and theres a little headshop/sexshop right outside the gate, and picked up my own, which ran me a few extra bucks since the "better stuff" was all that was left (called K2 Summit).

Each time I've been incredibly impressed.. you get almost exactly the same identical feelings you would with real Mary Jane, and it sets on a lot quicker. It happens to last for about the same time frame as well. The only major difference was the look/smell of the product.. that's about all. I'm honestly surprised.. after all the years of not believing, I wish I had known earlier. Tell me what ya think

 

i just heard about K2 as well, never tried it

ive had JWH (018 i wanna say) but none of the other herb "blends"

I know it.. I just had never thought any legal herbs could take you anywhere close to the original-one-and-only. I especially like the fact I come right back up afterwords.. no groggy burnt out feeling I sometimes (or alot of the time) used to get.

 

It's not the legal herb itself.

It is the synthetic cannabanoids.

does, you ever figure if ordering the synthetic is cheaper than the real deal? or is it about the same?

synthetics are waaaay cheaper than the real thing.. some of the jwh's only take a couple of mgs to get results.... meaning if you buy say 1g of jwh-073 for just over $50... that 1g will last you quite some time

 

The big controversy?

There is no controversy. Legal blends since Spice Original have all been very very effective due to the synthetic compounds in them. Most people just decided not to listen and still assumed they were bunk. Spice has been out for a number of years now so these legals that work are nothing new.

And JWH-018 is retardly good value for money. I buy a gram for £25 and that will last someone without any tolerance many months. For me it still lasts 2-3 months and I have quite a bit of tolerance. The various chems that make up the effects of these legal blends are to be illegal in the UK at the end of December, which is kinda shitty for me.... but new ones will show up straight away.

 

are they outright making JWH's and CP's illegal? or just the blend themselves

 

For as long as I used to be on hipforums (or a toker, for that matter), the idea of legal blends and herbs for the use of getting baked has always been argued by many. And a lot of people tend to be skeptical of it.. which I once was. Can't knock somethin till you've tried it though I guess.

 

I've tried 5 different legal blends and the effects ranged from absolutely nothing to a strong weed like high. You have to make sure you get the right blend because there is a lot of crap stuff. The 2 that worked best for me were called Aroma and Kronic, they're expensive but work great

Careful though, I sound like a scientist, but no one knows certain effects. My friend was unknowingly allergic to this shit(he was a regular bud toker) and after smoking it went pale and a sheet, couldnt speak, and was throwing up white foam.

Yeah the actual chems, not specific brands or anything. I've already read on a few sites that there is going to be a new wave of blends once the ban is in effect... so we'll see what they're like.

 

This JWH seems to be the way to go. I've tried supposed herbs and after smoking I was scared of the long term effects on my body.

At least with JWH you know it's a chemical mixture. With these packages of stuff that looks like bud, you have no idea what the herbs are and what they sprayed/soaked them in.

Thanks to the TC about his opinion about K2. I was looking for Spice Gold/etc on websites and could only find K2 awhile back.
