take an old gallon milk jug... fill it with water daily and make sure you drink the whole thing daily.. its your best way of knowing you have had enough water for the day

it was either dehydration or vertigo.

Sometimes when I take a big toke and stand up to blow it out the window everything goes all fuzzy and I feel tingly.

Like Joker said, it could have been the onset of an anxiety/panic attack. These are due to EITHER something physical or mental. I've had exactly what you've described happen to me. My first panic attack ever was from weed.

Just try not to get so baked and the chances of that happening will lessen. There is also something called a THC rush, which triggers mild muscle spasms (not dangerous). If you ever feel these, it means that you have ingested a lot of THC very quickly (usually happens during the first toke of the day for most, if they take a big rip or something).

The best way to defeat what you described is to relax or lay down. The sitting position actually RAISES your blood pressure, and can make you more dizzy. I know what you meant at the beginning of the thread that everything you feel is very "physical". This has happened to me quite a number of times, and its just a sign of strong weed or too much weed. It could also be partially due to dehydration like others have suggested. Also, if you have weak lungs then while you are stoned you will not notice that you may be breathing improperly, and you may trigger a dizzy spell which could start a kind of "snowball" effect.

One last note is that not having enough Vitamin B12 could be a problem. If you do some research you will find some lengthy explanations about this, and how it can lower the chances of anxiety while smoking by consuming the appropriate daily value.

Toke safely, and have fun :cheers2:
