Despite the temperature here being 50 degrees fahrenheit, I still chose to go for a walk barefoot tonight. I wasn't thirty seconds into the walk when I felt that indistinguishable sensation of dog shit under my left foot. To my neighbor who chose not to pick up after his or her dog...Fuck You! Other than that, the rest of the walk was quite uneventful.

51 degrees in the northeast US tonight - glorious barefoot walk and drive along the water. Never have stepped in D.S. Those of us near Massachusetts have a name for that subset of the population that likely did this - Massholes! You need to move!

In a way it is better you stepped in the poop barefoot. I would find it a heck of a lot easier to wash off the stuff off your feet rather than the shit find it's way in those crevices under your shoes.

Agreed with barefoot-boy, it's gross but it comes off easily... also at least you notice before you've tracked it inside on to the carpet, or into the car on to the floor mat and the pedals! It sucks stepping in to dog poo regardless of what you're wearing -I never have seen it as a 'barefooter' topic.

Nasty. I walked in a loogie one time, and that was too nasty. So dog poo == :( :( :(

Fortunately for me, I've never stepped in any dog poop. People in my area are actually pretty good about picking up after their dogs. I also agree that if you DO happen to step in any, that it's easier when you're barefoot than shod, gross as that may be! Meaning, it's easier to clean off the soles of your feet than the soles of your shoes. :D

Neat feeling, isn't it? I once dug my toes into a couch to keep warm only to pull them back out covered in human shit. Gotta love kids.

days ago while in the woods i think i had my first shit walk in years, but since the grass concealing it was thick and damp, a few steps cleaned my foot and i am not even sure it was actually poop since i preferred to avoid detailed inspections. i wasn't alone, either :p. better than that time years ago when, while, sitting on a park bench doing sweet talk to some girl, i touched the sole of my boot and... you got that.

    what's in your signature, psycho?
