Keep you eye on craigslist for pressure cookers!

After 2 months of obsessivly searching craigslist, ebay, and other sites, I finally found the pressure canner of my dreams for such a good price.

I Picked up this PC for $75 off of craigs list. It is brand new and usually sells for $220.

Its the All American 21qt pressure canner.

 

Dude, fucking score! That's a nice one. I'm jealous, I still use fractional sterilization.

 

I remember hunting down a pressure cooker - didn't find one that nice though, sweet.

 

Since I know nothing about mushrooms I'll just say it's pretty scientific looking.

 

It's a beast. I think it holds 14 quart jars (double stacked).

i bought mine from craigslist. same size, but it is old and not nearly as nice. 20 bucks though and it works fine

 

I checked on CL, and there was a super old small one for $10. I am going to be starting 5 strains here soon, I need a big one.

Plus I can't wait to cook soup in one, I think I may be more excited about that.

 

That's a lovely PC.
I would love to get a brand new AA for that price.
