Kind chat/ Kind people out there somewhere?

Not necessarily wanting a relationship, havent had much luck in that department in a while and usually end up happier without one. (Although like most people, I seem to hope it will work out someday-- I mean truly work out.) Just wondering where all the down to earth, peaceful and spiritual men are? Would like to have someone to talk to and bounce ideas off of now and then. I am 25 yrs old and interested mainly in music, poetry, the arts... Definately an outdoors kinda chic. I like traveling, but havent done too much of it. Im new to the forum and want to meet some nice folk to chat with, email whatever.

Heya I'm 19 still young, I know. More of a friend than anything more and I love to listen. I love music, poetry (my fav is Poe's stuff), I write a lot of poetry, music and I am currently attempting to write a book. I would love to travel but I am broke so can't and I would love to meet a new friend.

Down to earth, peaceful people are generally in short supply. They are in competition with a world view that thrives on competition and anxiety. If you remain at peace, peace will follow you. We tend to see what we look at. The apparent disparity between the down to earth simplicity you would like to see and what actually exists is fostered in large part by the "grandiose" idea that it could be different. If you yourself maintain down to earth awareness, it will follow you also.
