You don't need bags. They fruit fine invitro in jars. Before you buy anything else, though, get a glovebox and a PC. Check out mycotopia.net for more info. I would go with pint wide-mouth jars. Definitely get wide-mouth no matter what size you go with. This statement has no merit whatsoever. You don't list the substrate, the size of jar, the species, colonization/fruiting temps, nothing.
