If anyone was anywhere near Alaska, I would invite for sure! I have a cooking fetish, and Thanksgiving gives me a reason to let it out. All of that cooking is for my husband and I and our 2 children. We may have another family come over, but they are flakey. IDK if they are showing up or not yet. Christmas will be better! All seafood dinner. I think I may bake a personal mushroom brownie cupcake for myself, with sprinkles.... And a couple of the pies are going to a charity bake sale for the Food Bank of Alaska at my work. I will probably make cookies and other stuff for it too.
Well, Happy Thanksgiving to all. I am getting off early and going to start baking! Talk to you all on Monday
a lot of pot before family dinner...a few glasses of wine durring [if my moms drunk enough to forget i'm not 21] then a lot of hard liquor and hopefully some random hard drugs!!!

Your husband is a lucky man. I will be happy as long as i get all i can eat honey baked ham. Maybe thats how she wants to celebrate her thanksgiving? Poppin a couple of bite sized humble pies after a nice turkey induced nap. This lady knows whats up :cheers2:. Something tells me you would question whether or not i put up a tree for christmas. EDIT: Happy holidays everyone!!! Dont forget the true purpose of celebrating.
Devils on horseback are scallops and chesnuts wraped in bacon, broiled to crispness and then dunked in butter And yes, I plan to roll tonight on the 2 red ferraris. I take advantage of any lone weekends I can get, and I get 5 days off. Last night it snowed.. So we decided to go drive and play in the snow before my husband had to go snow plow. So I am baking all the pies I was supposed to yesterday, now. And still waiting for him to get off I hope that you are all having a wonderful T Day. And stonedage, I had my x mas tree up and with presents under it since Oct 30th, the day before Haloween
We made bone-in turkey breast - brined overnight last night stuffing with onion, celery and sausage (vegan sausage for my sister) lefse (mashed potatoes + lots of flour + fried dry = yuuuuum) green bean casserole sweet potato casserole w/marshmallows pumpkin pie I was going to make marzipan but we forgot to get the almonds. And since this is the psych section... I've been thinking of trying to make some PEA chocolates. Supposedly they don't degrade until they're heated past their already-high boiling points....
It's funny seeing "we made" cause it's 11:15 am here, lol. PEA chocolates, that sounds interesting and yummy. I did make this post to see you turkey day festivities and your after festivities festivities.
Well the making actually just finished... now. But when I posted 2/3 of it was done? :hat: Now it's all in the oven getting warm again.
i'll be doing the pot alone...and i forgot to mention the glorious amounts of food i will consume...followed by the 5-htp coma...[even though turkey doesn't contain more 5-htp than any other meat.]
