i got some gel out of an aloe plant, and mushed it up slightly. uh do i really just stick it my hair? whats the best way? should i mush it up till its mostly liquid and spray it on? should i dilute it? i'm clueless...
whut? it doesn't lather,?uhhm put it in like a moistriser and leave it in overnight.it can make your dreads feel a bit hard and make em look flat so I'd wash them the next day.sometimes it rubs off on your pillow though
I guess it all depends on why you are using the aloe vera. I have used it on my dreads to try and tame down my fly aways. It doesn't really lather, but you go through the motions of trying to make it lather. Just put it on the dreads and leave it. The dreads get pretty hard and smell a bit, but it does tame the loose hair.
Welcome to the dread forum brah. Haven't you been lurking for a few months or are my deductions incorrect? Some use it to tidy up their locks and flyaways and to nourish or moisturize the hairs, while others use it more to moisturize their scalps. Leave it in or rinse it out (people drink the stuff) whatever floats yer boat.
put it in a blender and strain all the solids out. you can use it like hair gel if you need to tame your loose hair down. i believe you can strain it through panty hose but im not 100% on that.
Lol yep, just been stealing your dready wisdom. Yeah i realised i probably shouldn't put all that gunky stuff in my hair, but i seem to have misplaced my panty hose .
