Should be safe, legal, and rare.

2. Capital punishment
Where rehabilitation is impossible, I suppose something needs to be done, but outright killing isn't the best option (though the choice of death over life imprisonment). Perhaps something like the option of voluntary sterilization and life imprisonment in a colony type setting with simple tools and the option of subsistance farming. These people willingly spat on the social contract for governmental protection of their rights, so let them live without one - anarchy (unless they create their own government) Since there will be no offspring, it is unlikely to become overcrowded. It would need proper anti-escape measures (something deadly but painless) but it might be arranged.

3. Physician-assisted suicide
Should be a legal option for the terminally ill and possibly available to others on a case by case basis.

4. Affirmative action
Is unfortunately still necessary, but improperly used and should be reformed to produce more ivsible, and verifiable results - the mission of affirmative action is to become obsolete.

I've never understood why this is even an issue. Love is love. Period. It should be cherished wherever it is found.

Women should have the right to choose between combat and non-combat oriented assignments and removed from combat duty if pregnant.

Should begin early but should be a part of an integrated "life skills" cirriculum along with things like cooking childcare, balancing your checkbook, driving, responsible drug use, etc. (firearm safety?) - just a natural part of living. controlled breeding is genetic engineering, the tools have gotten more sophisticated, but the ends haven't changed all that much. Should be done very carefully and highly regulated - chance of stray genetic material slipping through the safeguards should be at least as good as the best nuclear facilities safety measures against radioactive contamination.
