Oh lucy its been so long!

So I gave a friend some moola for him to get some lucy. Quarter sheet was 150. Ive been waitin and waitin and waitin. Dude was supposed to send it postal. Said he got the shit returned to him, then he sent again. Its been 3 and 1/2 weeks and still no lucy. This is the same dude I've always got it from, and just bullshitin for some reason. I figured I make this to try and get some good lucy karma. What can I do to manifest her?

 

You could tell him to try sending it to my address. Maybe I'd have better luck receiving it.
