Hey ive just got a quick question regarding re-potting a few cuttings of San Pedro, i decided to chop off a part where of my cacti that was no longer growing, the cuttings are about 10 cm long & all im wondering is if i replant these will they grow at all or sprout new pups?

Ill probably end up putting them back in pot anyway after they have sat on my shelf for a few weeks just to see what happens but with how small the cuttings are id just like to no if im wasting my time or not. Ive re-potted cuttings around the same length before and had a new pup grow from the top but these ones have a much smaller circumference, so i get the feeling they will just die which does not really bother me as its either i throw them in the bin or attempt to regrow them. Also would grafting them possibly be another option? I dont have any experience with grafting.

They should keep growing with no problem. Especially if they're only 10cm.

they will root though if you go ahead and plant the cuttings.
