    Hi Gang,

Got a problem here. One of my new strains seems particularly susceptible to spider mites. I harvested plant, as it was about perfect, but I just looked under scope and can still see live mites.

Don't want to spray anything on curing buds...so does the freezer work? Or a few seconds of microwave?

    Thanks....

    :cheers2:

Sounds treacherous, Using a good veggie insecticide (that states on the label that veggies may be eaten the next day after treatment) ya coulda done somthin' a few days before harvest as I have in the past. Now.....you could dry in a dehydrater (I see them in thrift 'used' shops for about $10 often) then get it into glass jars (curing stage) where the bugs will sufficate, but there will be carcases, should really take care of bugs before harvest, Patience is the word.>)

I threw out 15 vegging plants infested with spider mites 'cause I couldn't take time to treat them when we got evicted by our son in law, bummer, coulda sold 'em to dispensary.....OWELL life happens while yer makin other plans!>|

Snap crackle and pop as ya inhale burning spider might fumes. Gerlic infused water works the little so and so's run away from it.
