i hate how even after a year the front dreads are still not eating all the hair, im contemplating backcombing the front, does it still work to backcomb hair into an almost done dread?

 

nice dreads! they kind of remind me of mine just longer. they are about the same age too, mine will be a year in like 2 weeks.


as far as the hair thing, i would just take the loosies and roll them around in my fingers till they knot up. they will either turn into a short skinny dread or will get eaten up by the dreads around it. i have had both things happen using that method.

i'm not really sure if its possible to backcomb into a dread that is already there, but a crochet hook would definantly work
