They already were...not officially but in Czech if you were stopped with up to 14 grams of weed, 5 grams of hash, 40 or so mushrooms and I think 5 tabs of acid the police wouldn't bother arresting you. Two of our good friends are from Czech and one of them was back recently and said things are still the same over there :sifone: Can't wait to explore Eastern Europe

 

you can fuckin do anything in czech. beer is damn near free and you can smoke cigarettes practically anywhere.

 

would they confiscate the drugs though or no?
like would the cops take your 4 hits of acid?

Nope they never did to him anyway but im sure that if they were feeling like assholes they'd happily confiscate it, I'd say if your a tourist aswell they'd expect money for it to be waved...not now that its officially legal though :sifone:
