This could actually be interesting. If this Eric Williamson prevails in court (and it seems like he has a decent chance to), it'll set a precedent in our favor.
dude was exposing himself.. There is a difference in home nudity and habitually standing in front a open window while nude.. pity party for the fucking pervert that nobody loves..arty:
doesnt make me think twice, one just needs blinds or courtains, or simply dont stand there on front of a large window...
This is complete nonsense. He was in his house, which is a free house with a lot of yard around it. The woman was cutting short walking through his yard and should be prosecuted for being on his private property!
The story is a bizarre interpretation of law as I see it. It's certainly not the same here in Australia, where looking into a person's home deliberately, knowing or unknowing of a particular resident's habits, is an invasion of privacy, same with looking over the fence. Plenty of incidents where nudist residents in their own homes have taken legal action against people seeking a 'view'. Probably a difference in standing naked in front of a window in full view of the street. But I haven't heard anything by way of legal action about such a scenario.
That's fucking ridiculous. Hell, even if he was flopping his dick at the 7 year old. He's in his own home... that's all that matters. I walk around naked all the time and have open windows. I live in the middle of nowhere, so no one will see me... but hell, I'd do the same anywhere else... if people don't want to see my awesomely hot naked body, then they shouldn't fucking look.
This is absolutely stupied and a waste of tax payers money the law need to get a life and leave people in their homes alone .If he had been naked on the pavement etc then fair enough but even if he had been stood at his garden fence its private ground the law should not have a say in it .Who ever reported him needs to get a life and the law should not have even entertained it so shame on them both and I hope he wins his case and sues them both for deformation and damages etc.
http://www.moonhowlings.net/index.php/2010/04/26/dont-drink-coffee-in-your-kitchen-naked/ At least he was finally acquitted, but the harrassment & expense show the extent of the police-state mentality that exists today.
How do you think I got the bible thumping proselytizers to leave me alone? I answered the door naked. Havn't had a proselytizer since 2004. It's my home and I'll do whatever the fuck I want. If they don't like it, then I guess they best not come inside.
you acted like it was a positive outcome Eric has been sacked from his work, lost visitation rights with his daughter, racked up $15,000 in legal bills I wonder where he'll get $15,000
Compared to....? If he plead guilty or was found guilty? Still would have lost his job. Still would have lost visitation with his daughter. And fines out the ying yang. Better of being acquitted and in the predicament he's in than to be found guilty and still have the same problems. Except now he can sue the peeping broad.
Well it's one thing if you are walking around naked in your house and the neighbors kids peek in, but this guy was showing himself off for the thrill.
Yeah, he could. Odds are he'll have to do it himself unless he has tens of thousands of dollars to hire a lawyer. Was he?
