I had an abnormal pap and was positive for HPV (I have had the Gardasil shots), so my doctor wanted me to come back to get a colposcopy. She keeps sending my stuff to a doctor at a nearby hospital (my first pap and tissue sample from the colposcopy) my, I guess he might be covered in my health insurance but I've gotten bills totaling up to 300 dollars. Do I have to pay this?

I'm pretty sure you do. You usually have to make a copay, even when you have insurance. Call the hospital to make sure though.

I'm sorry about your pap. Good luck.

Yeah. Lucky me, I got all that shit done before I lost my full health coverage.

However, they've been sending me certified letters as of late, since it's been a year since I've gotten it done; I was supposed to be getting two a year. Yeep.
