So my Mother was never really a fan of my having dreadlocks, and up until recently shes tried to fool herself into believeing theyre just a phase Ima going through. Anyway today we were sharing quite a lulzy conversation when she says "Ill give you $1000 If you cut your hair". Obviously my answer was "Nar" since I knew she didnt just have a spare thousand bucks to pull out her pocket anyway. But It still got me thinking, would you cut for $1000? If higher how much? If lower how much. Shes still serious about It but I honestly dont need the money and would rather have my dreads.

 

I'd probably never speak to her again, but me and me mam have issues in the field of "cut the fucking cord bitch I'm 25"

Since I'm only at 4 and a half months I obviously would have done it. But your dreads are too sick and would be worth more than $1000 if you had to cut them...

Tell her $1000 a dread. Then it would be worth it in your case.

I'm not super desparate for money right now any ways, and don't have a family to provide for.. so I'd keep mine

 

I definitly had a good think about It, a thousand bucks would help me pimp my ride to the max at the moment. But I just dont think Ima ready yet. When the time comes Ill see If the deals still on and try and make money out of my haircut lol

I know I'm gonna cut eventually, so why not get paid to do it? Especially when I can then attach them to a rad mask and get started on my next set: two things I can either wait to do, or in this scenario, make monies doing. I'm not that attached to my hairs seeing as how self inflicted buzz cuts were the choice of my youth.
