It must have been fun making this poll, but I agree with xxaru. Rather than trying to figure out what most women like, instead realize that all women are different and focus on the needs and desires of the one(s) you're with.

COMMUNICATION is everything. If the girl is also inexperienced and doesn't really know what she wants, try some things and ask if she likes them. Anything that doesn't work can be considered to be foreplay. You will eventually get in sync. It can be a lot of fun figuring it out together, if you both have a good attitude about it and don't expect everything to be like a movie scene.
It is mutable. No one thing works all the time - well it may work all the time but that would be boring.
