If you have a medical card in California, the federal government is not going to make a case
out of you possessing,or growing it. However, its up to the current administration, if they want to crack down on dispensaries, that sell the medical marijuana. Theres just too many people smoking it for the government to care about the individual especially in Mendocino county CA.. and it depends what county youre in I guess... Mendocino 99 plants.. Now if youre selling it that's a different story.

See that's what I've heard that it's really easy to get a card.. I actually saw a documentary about it on MSNBC

i'm not going to move to breckenridge, but i'm still impressed that a city got a legalization law, (Sortof)

I think in NY you can have small quantities and not get in too much trouble. There is a push here to legalize but I think economic issues are overshadowing many other proposals. I have been smoking for 30 years and I have also been a CPA and am now a programmer so it is everywhere, time to get real. And for those who say it makes you lazy and stupid, wrong! I graduated with a 4.0 from a very good private college and I go to work every day.

Yeah man, I had a newspaper article a while back stating that you can have up to an ounce in Denver, Colorado... it's legal with the state, but not federally, so if you're cool and don't cause a problem for the town, then all will be fine.
Hope the idiots don't mess things up before the rest of America wakes up.

Just for the record, I quit partying almost 4 years ago, but am very much pro choice to legalize... lol, I bet Colorado's population will go up fast.
