Yes, I live Under a Huge Rock man. Actually, I spent Alot of Years listining to Hip hop, Trying to fit in and All. So I'm still Kind of New to Classic Music. If that's a Crime, Im so, very, very, Sorry :8)
I got to see him perform a few years ago, and with Allman Brothers...I wish I remember it more though. I love Petty!
^I saw him with the Allman Brother's too! And 2 other times. I'm pretty sure he's done touring now, though.
Yes, Tom Petty is certainly worthy of mention in this subforum. His simplistic guitar riffs are reminiscent of Mahler's highly complex Symphony no. 9 in D Major.
Yeah, I wish I could have seen him in Concert, but I just found out about Him this Summer. My parents went to his Concert when I was just 2! They Said it was a Blast!! Lucky for them, Too bad for Meh X-( as Long as I can hear His voice though, i'm Good =]
