Their hunted enough where its hard to find a spot that someone else don't know about.I bet theres a story behind where they started. Google or wikipedia it, its got some kool info. But , My questoin is , has anyone tried a indoor grow of weilii? shroomery.com has a small thread on this, but not much info. but the more info the better. Wish i had made some prints! I would appriciate any inforettyplease:

Its nice weilii hunt'in. Usually when you do come across a wild flush its big. Not everytime mof course, but enough to make it a hole lot of fun.And by the pic in above post you can see how fast they bruise and turn blue. This past season we probally found 1 1/2lb- 2lbs. dried. And they are strong. They are suppose to be spreading into my area in next year or so. probally more like 2yrs. I have to drive alittle now. But the scenery is nice. spend a little money at the local stores, do'in my part for local bizz. haha I just don't like driven around with a 1/4lb. of mushies!state ,county, local @ who knows what other branch of cops are out there. Its crazy how much tax payers pay all these cops . I agree some are needed. But the amamount they have on our roads is way over board. I can't drive to local store without see'in a couple driven around. another subject I guess. Check out the weilli though , nice mushies for sure.
These are also found in the PNW, and I think a few may have been found in NJ, but Im not 100% on that one. They have been fruited indoors before, both by the_chosen_one and waylitjim, both at Mycotopia. Next time you go picking, please make prints. I would love one, and Id even trade you another print (Cubensis or otherwise) for one of them, as long as it was taken properly.
Didn't know about them In PNW. Those are definetly weilii. They are spreading real nice around here. Theres alot of red soil clay soil and yellow pine around here. pine is also called by different name. and sweet gum trees. They like Rodidenrum bushes also. power lines are full of them.It will be spring before any prints. Hit me then if you think of it. I'm all set for other prints. I'm pretty good at printing to. The ones I've collected for myself have all worked so far. certainly no expert haha so if it happens start them alone. haha But I would like to see the weilii spread out more. they are so good. I sent most of mine north as presents. and kept enough for myself. I like giving away smiles.make the world a happier place.haha
I definitely will. This is one I would love to get ahold of. Do you mean you would have no use for them because you dont grow, or you just have a big collection? Cause Ive got some damn rare prints (Ps. Zapotecorum, Ps. Cyanofriscosa, Ps. Oviodeocystidata, etc) Spores are damn near impossible to kill. You can even take a dried stem butt from at least 2 years old and grow it out again, albeit without the same vigor it once had. Im trying to do the same with the Ovoids.
those look beautiful. theyre like entirely blue. if you grow them send some my way =P NJ neeeeeds some hookups
I have seen these before up here for sale at a festival, many years ago. I ate an 1/8 of them and was totally fucked up out of my mind. They were way stronger than cubes, I remember the blue color very well I haven't been able to find them since, and never knew what they were. But they sure were good
I had like 1 1/2 -2 lbs of these this fall. sent most all t the north to freinds. (they took care of me in return) I guess they grow in a couple places around the PNW. But Northern goargia has a big area. I found patches that would have a 100 in them. And yah, the blue was crazy. If it rained hard they'd turn blue from gettin hit with the drops, haha i be trippin nuts by the time I got home. G/f was aways happy to see me roll in with giant eyes. haha I hate drivin around with all them in car though. cops around here freak the hell out on dum shit. hell mushies keep me out of trouble. i'm not go'in to the city to buy city drugs. i'm not sellin drugs in their city. i'm home hav'in me a good time. Season starts when temps get up 60degrees or so. So psychodliclover i'll keep ya in mind and send ya some "pictures" when the time comes. and a spore print. They are good though ain't they.1/8-1/4 of them wilii's.haha:ack2:
I always leave more than half, cause each time i come back they keep spreading.. I got some nice hidden places where only the animals know.haha
