Dose anybody have the recipe to make caramels? I have to invest in next spring tour somehow.... My understanding is to grind up the main ingredient until dust and stir into the warm caramel, and add the goo to a mold. Is this really correct?
I would work out a way to regulate dosage better. When I make chocolates, I usually buy an ounce and then cut it intp grams. I chop up the gram finely, put it in an ice cube tray and pour melted chocolate chips over it and stir a little with a toothpick Then, I have absolute control over the dose. I usually eat 3-4, but my friend who I always do them with only takes 2 grams. It makes it easy this way You can probably do the same with caramel Peace
