Wow, I can't believe no one's pointed out this isn't true yet. The kegel muscles are the ones a man or a woman use to begin or halt urination. It's nothing to do with the anus. Women do kegel excercises to combat urination control problems after giving birth, not to tighten their stretched vaginal canal... so I don't even understand how you're confusing this as something that would help a "man-pussy's" tightness. It's not to do with the anus, and not even to do with the vaginal canal. It's part of the urinary tract.

And for the millionth time... YES, we REALLY don't all have prolapsed anuses. It happens very rarely. I don't believe it's happened to you, either. You're not queer or into anal play at all, you're just a troll.

Perhaps a course in Wiki usage would solve much confusion...
    Kegal exercise
Kegal exercises are also known as pelvic floor muscle exercises and are beneficial for both sexes.

In yoga spinal alignment is achieved by pelvic floor contraction known as the moolabandha 'lock'.

When you contract the pelvic floor it is also common to contract the gluteal (bottom) muscles akin to clenching your cheeks together. This side effect may help the rectum. It would seem illogical to associate anal sex with prolapse since every day at least this sphincter passes a bolus or stool. The penis or any article inserted in the rectum muscles (within reason) is more likely to strengthen the rectum by exercise than weaken it. Rectal prolapse is a medical problem with other causes you need to look for.

The only thing I have learnt from this thread is that the rectum is known as the man-pussy (good grief!)

Sorry about that, that last comment went slightly wrong. I will expand.

What I meant to say was that I had not considered that the use of an anus as the equivalent to a vagina and its subsequent use as an alternative sex organ could lead to prolapse. The correlation did not work on reflection and I provided examples.

I learn a lot here like somebody trapped in an acorn, and making love to a chicken. Far-out to coin a phrase :coffee:
