changing from Hydro to Oxy and need advise

I normally take 3 10/325 mg hydros for severe back pain but my suply has changed to oxy. I have 7.5/325 mg oxys how many should I take to get the same results?

 

Hydro is about 2/3 as potent as oxy, so take about 20mg of oxy and that would equal the potentcy of 30mg hydrocodone. Hell only 15mg of oxy feels better than 30mg of hydro and lasts longer for me.

 

it will be my first try of oxys so ill try that. thanks for the info . I have pills and capsuls. some have told me to break open the capsuls but I am afraid it might be too much? what way would you suggest?

 

Sniff the capsules.

 

nah take them orally by parachuting, you don't want to sniff tylenol, and the bioavailability isn't as high with intranasal

if ur gonna sniff anything, make sure its pure oxy without any acetaminophen. and you will get way more of a rush if you rail it opposed to eating it, but your tolerance is low so you could still eat it and it will hit you strong and last long aswell. but i say do both if u find good pills without any tylenol, especially if u have back pain if you snort it you will feel amazing lol, but w.e snorting it builds tolerance so i suggest against it.

I heard that there almost the same in potency.But hydro you cant get by itself always with aspirin or acet.so its a class 3 drug,but since you can get oc's and roxicodone with nothing mixed in like aspirin thats why its a class 2 medication.even hycomine has some drug in it so you puke before od'ing,thats why u never see just hydro solo.its easier for doctors to write

I'm assuming you're getting percocets. Percs are a bit stronger than Vicodin/vicuprofen.
Unless you plan on doing a CWE and then evap'ing the acetaminophen-less liquid into a powder, don't sniff your percs. Just pop a tagement and some tums an hour before hand, and eat those bad boys.
