Thats the type of policy the U.S. needs to adopt, doubt it will ever happen though.
2 grams for speed is a pretty big amount. I'm surprised that the amount for pot is small by comparison, plus five plants fully budded will be WAYYY more than 15 grams. but oh well, still not a bad piece of legislature. They probably did it to alleviate the justice system from having to deal with relatively minor offenses like possession.

well they're not legalized..they're just decriminalized. i like it..it takes the punishment away from the victimless criminals who aren't hurting anyone when they choose their vice.

I admit I would enjoy decriminalization of drugs here in Canada, but decriminalization is a stupid concept. Sure, it's not illegal to possess these small amounts, but it's obvious that someone distributed these substances to you, which is illegal.

 

The law is a stupid concept, but this is how it works. Everything has to go in phases. I think this is hella cool, I was planning on visiting the czech republic this summer, now I have to go.

 

yeah i know. i look at it like this...a slap on the wrist is better than a criminal record and any amount of jailtime. it's like a halfway point..they're still after the large suppliers but they aren't going to waste resources like prisons on people who are just users. that's how i imagine it anyway..i don't know nothin.
