Of course, this makes sense, but I would think I would stay hard if I need to quick something for a sec before resuming. It just seems that when I get hard randomly or when not intended, I stay rock hard for a little while. However, when I am horny and intend to masturbate, I seem to have to work it up. Usually, I do it when I am in the shower (which tends to be a quickie). Sometimes, I get off without it being fully hard. Usually, the more prolonged sesions are at the computer. When it comes to just my mind and myself on the bed, I have to keep at it or it is going down. The exception is when I am really close. Maybe I need to cut back or keep away from porn/erotica or perhaps cut back on masturbating? I'm just wondering what anyone thinks I should do to help keep me hard. I know people usually hate to talk to their doctors about that kind of problem, but to me, this seems to be the most logical solution for now, he can refer you to a urologist. Or you can try one of those clinics for men. I experience the same problem as you, but I'm probably twice your age.
OK - forget the doctor. I believe your problem is you are jerking off because you are bored rather then being really horny. Back off on the masturbation.
Try penis exercises like contracting ur urinal muscle. This makes your dick stronger and gives you powerful, weapon like erections. Also be careful about wanking too much as I read somewhere that it can cause premature ejaculation when you finally get laid. check it out for yourselves. wanking causes P.E.
Well, here's my plan for now. I'm just going keep masturbating away from the computer and just in the bed. I'm just need to get myself totally relaxed and go at a slower pace. I'm also going to go with dastud's suggestion and keep it to jsut when I'm really horny. This might become easy since I'm in college dorms. Not much time to do anything with a roommate around.
