Empty stomach?

I noticed a few posts claiming better results when takin opiates on an empty stomach....

personally I always eat a lil somthin... it seems to break/digest the pill faster and i get a quicker and stronger high.
Curious what others have to say..

When I take psychedelics or MDMA I eat them on an empty stomach. They hit you faster, harder and your less likely to puke

Have you ever puked while shroomin? Ive noriced the peak to hit hella hard and fast for some reason, it just shortens the overall high...

Empty stomach with coffee. Hits the best!

 

I prefer my depressants without a stimulant. coffee would totally ruin the opiate buzz for me

For me taking pills on a nearly empty stomach produces the strongest effect. I like to have a little something fatty with them because fat helps increase the absorption of opiates. Lately I've been chasing my opiate pills with a glass of milk/whipping cream.
