that sucks, i feel for you...

when i was 17 i got hit by an SUV while crossing the street at night(on Westland Ave in the Back Bay for all you from Boston). broke 5 ribs, my arm and both lungs collapsed. they had me going to school everyday on oxycontin and methadone for months... apparently i was really funny to have in class, but i dont remember any of it.

It strikes me as odd how one can crack a windshield at 15 mph... or blow a tire... or careem to the curb after an impact at that speed. I guess it's because I crashed almost exactly like that, impacting my front left side on the right backside of a taxi that stepped on his brakes at a about 25mph... I sorta just came to a stop after the initial collision... then my car got rammed from behind, lol.

The important thing is you are okay and that your dad had insurance
