Is shame over foot size a reason some people don't barefoot?

I wear size 12, and for a while I thought my shoes were row boats. But I have obviously gotten over that and gathered the courage to become a barefooter. Does anyone ever feel self conscious about the size of their feet when barefooting in public?

No not at all. I don't think size has anything to do with it. I think all our fear is based on what other people may say or think. Nothing more. And the fact is usually going barefoot attracts no comment from anyone at all, and if people stare it is actually because they are jealous that they don't have the nerve to do so themselves.
