    60 40mg Oxys
    90 15mg oxycodone

    Xanax 2 mgs.
    Valium 20 mgs twice daily
    Morphine 90mgs twice daily
    Zoloft 100 mgs.
    Oxycondone (OxyContin) 40 mgs three times daily.
    Alodorm 5 mgs twice daily
    temazepam 30mgs once before bed.

    now im on

    Klonopin 2 mgs - Once in the morning
    Opana 10 mgs - Once in the morning
    Zoloft 100mgs - Once in the morning

    i get 60 5mg chlorodiazepoxide (librax) per month, but i havent got a refill in months...
