Well, i received my $23 scale in the mail about a few weeks ago. Everything was working fine and i was weighing out doses of 2c-p pretty easily. Then one day my scale stopped reading what i was dropping from the bag onto the scale. I recalibrated the scale and it worked for one weighing. I then began to weigh a 2nd dose and i was having the same problem all over again. Since then it has been hit or miss if the scale will weigh the powder. To check if it worked at all, i took a tiny piece of paper and placed it on the scale. it read fine, as 7mgs.. its just weird.. why can it read the paper fine every time but not the powder?
I had a set of scales once that showed anything thing under 5mg as 0mg so maybe the bits of powder your putting on weight less than the paper and are under some threshold
Well the scale is cheap.. so it won't be very reliable. Have you tried weighing the powder on a piece of paper or credit card or something? Like place something like that on top and just see if it'll be more sensitive at the higher doses, then just subtract the weight of the plastic/paper.
Shit you get what you pay for huh? Might as well invest in something that isn't such a pain in the ass for the extra 50 to 100 bucks.
I weigh an empty capsul, put the substance in there and weigh it and subtract the capsule weight. I generally dose all my stuff out at once when I get it so I don't have to weigh shit out all the time. Or I will put a piece of paper or business card on the scale, tear it and then weigh it out.
does it still turn on after it randomly turns off? i had the same exact one as you and it did that, but it would work after i turned it on again
