The windows in your house are really the weather channel

You know on the local news they do traffic and weather EVERY TEN MINUTES and they advertise it like its a good thing.
First of all, traffic is the same every day.
The weather only needs to be told to me one time.
If you want to know what to wear outside just look out the fucking window. People dont need to be Informed that cumulus clouds are moving at 37mph sse.

If they really need to do it so often for people who are in a hurry rushing off to work, then they should just keep it to the temperature now, the temperature later and rain/snow/wind.

then traffic should be included ONLY if theres a wreck or something is fucked up.

anyone who needs more information than that should go look it up themselves instead of making everyone else suffer through it too.

 

I think or thought the same but this morning for some strange reason they chose not to give a forecast on the news and I was like "where the fuck is the weather forecast?" "I need to know the weather because it's the fruit and veg market day and it's horrible if it's wet and muddy". Like I've got no windows in my house. Sad or what?

 

You had me, but then you said 'instead of making everyone else suffer through it' as in you watch the weather right? So your telling everyone to just look out their window but in reality it's just to make things more convenient for you.

 

You can always switch off the radio or the weather channel, you know?

 

They mix it in with the local news when im trying to learn about who got robbed and killed and burnt down their house.

 

it's filler due to the lack of actual local news. rob and kill some people and burn down their houses and maybe you'll give them enough news that they don't have to depend on the weather and traffic so much.

 

You must live in a pretty boring town if they do traffic and weather that often.
Also, it is pretty hard to predict the weather a few hours from now just by looking out the window.

 

if you look to the west you can at least predict a few minutes ahead that way...

 

I do believe that I have a better chance of forecasting the weather than the weather people..they have all their fancy gadgets, but I have a corn on my big toe and when it starts to tingle, I know a weather front is moving in..batten down the hatches, know what I mean?
