so.... anyone have plans yet for 4/20 next year
not just planning to bake... but other plans to do or big things you might do

 

Grassroots Fest is where hubby and I will be at.

 

That will be my 48th birthday.

But why do you ask? Is there somesignificance to this date I am not aware of?

 

My birthday is on 4-20 and I'll be turning 21 so my plans are bascially to get as fucked up as I can. I would like to go to Vancouver Can. and smoke all day but I could do that in the comfort of my own home so who knows. I'm a stoner baby man! ROCK ON!

 

Serious? Maybe its a uniquely American expression. 420 is code for smoking pot. So April 20th (4/20 the way americans would write it) is a national holiday for smokers.

 

Oh yea, happy early 4/20 birthday to both of you.

We live and learn! Here in the UK 4/20 has no such significance. Thanks for filling me in on this.

 

And also here in england we write the date the other way around - 20/4 rather than 4/20.
