    Hey guys,

    so yesterday i ejaculated for the first time (not counting wet dreams). I believe I felt a sensation of the muscles in my thigh tighten up just a few seconds before the fluid came out, would that be the orgasm? Also, is there anything I need to take note of in future now that I've done it?

    I did it the up-down way, using two fingers only. Should I explore any other methods, and which if so?

    that's good to hear, so apart from the normal one, and squatting/sitting? what else can i explore? it's a bit monotonous/boring at times? thanks.

    Get to learn how to recognise the sensations of an impending orgasm & learn how to control it. In this way you can heighten the ultimate result.

    The basic Stop-Go method is where you stop just before you are about to climax & let things settle down a bit before continuing - thus making the session last longer.

    The Dribbler technique is similar, but takes a lot more self control & recognition of sensations.
    When you are approaching orgasm, if you take it gently enough you should be able to feel the semen starting to rise, ready for the contractions of the orgasm to shoot it out. However, if you can manage to stop at this point, just after you feel the semen start to rise, but before the orgasm, you can get an ejaculation, but without the power of an orgasm (hence the name, 'Dribbler').
    With practice, you can repeat this several times over, until such time as you can't hold back any more & simply have to let the orgasm follow through - and that'll be an orgasm to blow your socks off, being as if the orgasms missed from each of the ejaculations mass up into the final one.

    Its way more intense if you do it in a chair...and right before blowing your load you lean back...then put both feet up in the air spread eagled...with both index fingers up your nose.

    when getting closer and closer to the peak, if you can, push your upper abdomens outward (people that can do the wave with their stomach can do this. if you can't, just push your abdomens out). this for me just feels right and dandy and im not sure why.
